Inside, the accommodation features air conditioning, ensuring comfort even during the hottest summer days. The cottage is surrounded by a hedge for complete privacy and has a large private outdoor area with a beautiful oak tree providing natural shade. Here you will find a stone table, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners, as well as a barbecue for grilling.
Nestled in the green Tuscan hills, just 15 km from the sea.
The property is surrounded by a large garden with fruit trees and olive groves, and a natural stone swimming pool harmoniously integrated into the landscape, equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, and a solar shower.

In the structure there is a common laundry room equipped with 2 washing machines, an ironing board and iron.
